In service to our current U.S. military veterans, the nationally acclaimed DIAVOLO Veterans Project is offering a new community-based movement arts workshop and public performance for veterans to help restore their personal strengths and convey personal expressions about their service; and to help discover clarifying context for their service experience in war during this historic period of persistent conflict. Offered at no cost to our veteran participants, your generous donations enable the delivery of this life enhancing workshop and travel funds to New York City to perform their unique artistry of DIAVOLO’S “S.O.S. - Signs of Strength” to a national audience who are also seeking a deeper human understanding of the consequence of our national war experiences after 9-11 from those that served.

For 25 years, DIAVOLO has used dance to explore the relationship between the human body and its architectural environment to reveal how we are affected emotionally, physically and socially by the spaces we inhabit. Through The DIAVOLO Institute the company also provides educational and outreach programs to people of all ages and abilities while touring internationally and at home in Los Angeles, sharing the power of dance as a means of social impact.
