Rally for Rosa in battling cancer

My sister, Rosa, was diagnosed with DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ) in September of 2015 that was initially treated with a lumpectomy and 6 weeks of radiation. In November of 2017 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and in December of 2017 she had a mastectomy of her right breast. The treatments and procedures unfortunately weren’t enough and in January of 2018 she was informed by her Oncologist that the cancer had metastasized (spread) to the liver and she was then diagnosed with stage four cancer.  

There is a part of Rosa’s story that is crucial because it possibly plays a big role on where she is today. In September of 2017 she had major concerns that she shared with her Oncologist about a lump along with her nipple being inverted. The Oncologist informed her that she was fine and to come back in a year. She knew something wasn't right, so she luckily got a second opinion from her surgeon. After sharing her concerns with her surgeon, a biopsy was done. The biopsy confirmed  that she had cancer. Then after the biopsy she was referred to a new Oncologist and then from there she was told she had stage four and it had metastasized to her liver. She just finished chemo in May 2018 and is getting other forms of treatment but will start chemo again in October.

My sister has insurance but it’s not enough to cover all her medical costs. She still has to pay the copays/deductibles for Doctors  appointments, treatments, and prescriptions. She is doing this all on her own, with minimal help from loved ones.

Rosa is a strong believer in God. She proves herself right every day by getting up and fighting this disease. 
Please help  Rosa alleviate the worry and stress of her mounting expenses so she can focus on healing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. God bless you and your family.
