Help with medical for Danny

We, friends of Danny and Frances Baker, are setting up this page to support our friends who have been challenged with cancer. In February Danny went to the doctor for a sore throat and came out with tonsil cancer. He immediately had surgery the next day to remove his tonsils then started chemo and radiation. In March they found three blood clots in the arteries in his leg and had to have three separate surgeries to remove each of them. The blood clots were completely unrelated to the cancer treatment and to this day it's still a mystery as to what caused them. Shortly after the clots Danny was no longer able to eat by mouth due to the radiation. In August Danny suffered for several weeks passing kidney stones. He has been on a feeding tube since the clots. They thought he was going to be able to eat after chemo treatments but then there was yet another hurdle. The esophagus closed due to the damage from the radiation. So now he is in the process of getting his esophagus stretched to open it up. He has had his first two procedures and they have gone well. Danny can now take water by mouth and if God is willing he will be able to eat solids after a few more procedures. He has been hospitalized several times during all this due to so many complications. Danny has not been able to work at all since the diagnosis.
As you can imagine the medical bills will be very expensive. We want to help Danny and his family take care of these expenses and all that goes with being out of work for eight months. No donation is too small. The Baker's would like to thank everyone who has given donations through the barber shop, those who have sent cards and for all the prayers and support.
