Alexi Cruz Legal /Bond/Gen Support

Alexi was on his way back from dealing with a family emergency in Phoenix when his car broke down in Lordsburg, NM. He was racially profiled when questioned by Sheriff officials regarding his place of birth and was detained. Exercising his constitutional right not to answer this question, they responded by transferring him to Border Patrol. In addition to going to school and volunteering with local social justice organizations in Phoenix, AZ and in San Antonio, TX, Alexi, along with his U.S. Citizen partner of five years and mother of their daughter, Anayanse, own a business publishing a magazine that focuses on issues regarding social justice, community resources, art and culture in the greater San Antonio area and beyond.

"Our family needs your support to get Alexi our of ICE's jails and back home to our daughter.
