I work with elderly people at the Franklin County Medical Center in Idaho. At our facility we have about 30 people who we take care of. In my time here I've come to realize that many of these people do not have any money or means to purchase clothing, shoes and other things like that. It's hard to watch sometimes. You watch these people lose their dignity because they don't have clothes that fit them anymore from losing too much weight or shoes that have no insoles in them anymore because they've been worn to nothing. I've seen a resident lose his pants in front of everyone because he didn't have a belt to hold them up. I've seen countless shoes fall apart. I'm hoping to raise funds enough to be able to purchase clothing and shoes for those that need it. I've used money out of my own pocket to make these purchases, but there's no way I'd be able to do it by myself. If any of you are able to contribute that would be awesome. I know these are interesting times for everyone, but any help would be very much appreciated.
