Since we learned of dylans situation there has been an outpouring of support for our family. We are beyond grateful to all of our friends and family for this support. People keep asking what they can do and this has been such a surreal experience for all of us and I dont know what I can do let alone what to tell others they can do. We are not sure what support the Pogos will need now and in the future so I am setting up this account as something I can do to support them through this VERY difficult situation. Thank you for all your support and continue to keep Dylan, Dean, Jen and Kinslee in your thoughts and prayers. We love you
