Dear Mom,

I love you so much and pray that you are in a better place. You suffered with dignity and your death leaves a huge hole in my heart. I miss you every day.

Your wish was to be buried near Grandfather Mountain in North Carolina. We found a lovely place and our hope is to save up and have you inurnned sometime next year. Our goal is to afford the fees to have you properly placed and the travel expenses to gather all your grandchildren to be there with you.

Note to contributors: My mother suffered from a condition called Cortical Basal Ganglia Degeneration, which is a rare brain disease. Due to many extenuating circumstances, she died with no assets. The family paid for her cremation. Now we need your help to put her to rest and gather for a funeral.
