Funeral Expenses

February 20th, 2020, we lost our Grandfather Gary Bakerink from a long battle with cancer. Due to the rapid spread of his cancer, he had no time to to react & began getting worse and worse before his passing.
While everything happened so fast, all of the expenses were left to our Mother Jeanna Warrick , father Bruce Warrick and Aunt Mendy Bakerink. What was not realized was that everything my grandpa had left would be sold and taken with nothing left over for our parents to pay for the funeral expenses.

Lawyers fees & our grandfathers estate took everything leaving my parents and aunt questioning how they would afford to cover our grandfather's Funeral. My parents spent many days/weeks figuring out just how they could afford it and the only option they had was to do monthly payments.

My parents and Aunt are some of the hardest working individuals we know and would never ask for help but what’s heart breaking for us kids is to watch our mother and Aunt struggle as they lose everything they have  left of our grandfather just to help pay for the funeral expenses.

Anyone who knows our family knows they would never ever ask for help but I know just like a lot of individuals out there, a funeral can not be covered all at once while having many other responsibilities to worry about as well. My brothers and I are asking for help with covering our grandpas funeral expenses to help take the burden off of our parents and Aunt so they can have their time to grieve as they lost a very special man.

For those of you who know our parents and Aunt know they would give everything they have to help anyone they could, so please in return help us help our parents. If it’s $1, $5 or whatever you can donate it would mean more to us than you could ever know! 

We have blocked our mom from seeing this because if she were to see it she would make us take it down so PLEASE do not share this with my mom or tell her about it! This is something we want to do to help her, my father and my aunt out and to let them finally have time to grieve without having to worry about how things will get covered.
