Saving Lily

We got our Lily from an amazing breeder but we experienced difficulties when we found out she was exposed to Kennel Cough on the flight home to us. Within 3 days her Kennel Cough became severe pneumonia in several parts of her lungs and she is currently in the ICU at UC Davis on oxygen. Lily is only 8 weeks old and while we understand that adopting a new fur baby means agreeing to pay for the vet bills, we didn’t expect to be hit with one this high and so quickly. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated. UPDATE: as of 11/12/20 Lily has been picked up from UC Davis and returned home to us. She has improved a lot but is still dealing with symptoms of pneumonia which is understandable. She’s coughing a lot and has a lot of nasal discharge but is eating nicely and we have her quarantine in a room with a humidifier to help improve her breathing.
