Ashley's Cancer Fight!

My daughter has cancer. I never thought I would be typing these words, but I am.  My daughter, Ashley, was diagnosed with Aggresive Stage 1 Invasive Breast Cancer at the young age of 28. We are waiting for results to see if it has spread to the lymph nodes, and to see if she is carrying the breast cancer gene as this will change treatment options.  Right now Ashley must decide if she wants to remove one or both of her breasts and alleviate the anxiety of it recurring,  or have a lumpectomy to remove the tumor and live with the fear of recurrance. Both are choices a young woman, mother and my daughter shouldn't have to make. Both are options that will be followed with possible radiation, chemotherapy and hormone therapy.  She is also the mother to the most wonderful 4 year old boy named Braxton. He is the reason she will fight and win!  Now for the next set of words I never thought I would be typing. Ashley needs your help! I'm asking family, friends, acquaintances and even strangers to help alleviate some of the financial burden this diagnoses is sure to cause.  Ashley works, but missed days are already starting to pile up with all of the Doctor appointments, and she has only just begun. I'm asking all of you to please, please help her pay some of those doctor bills, pay her rent when she can't work, provide food for my grandson and help pay his daycare so his world can stay as routine as possible, to help pay whatever it is she may need.  If you can't help financially we understand. Ashley can use all of the emotional support and encouraging words she can get also.
