Colten Cowell Foundation Eagle Scout Project

Donation protected

About a year ago, the Colton Cowell Foundation nominated a young girl by the name of Laila as well as her family to experience a night at the famous Bat Cave. Laila was later dubbed the 2018 Crime Fighter of the Year, an annual award given out to only the most strong-willed and kind-hearted nominated children. When visiting the Bat Cave for the first time, Laila questioned why there was an immense amount of Batman crime fighting equipment, but none for Batgirl. CCF has always praised itself for its ability to adapt and expand in order to provide more meaningful experiences for families with terminally ill children, and I believe that this is my time to do so. For my Eagle Scout project, I have decided to complete the construction of the newly painted and assembled “Batgirl Cycle” and with that, build an entire area dedicated to all of the female crime fighters out there which will consist of purple & pink radars, computers, crime fighting tools, a bat girl suit and much more. I have been a Boy Scout ever since first grade and am hoping to conclude my project by the end of October. Scouts has taught me many morals, lessons and life skills; now, with your help, it is my time to take what they have given me and apply it to do good in the real world. Any donation is appreciated, no matter the quantity. Please know that your efforts will serve not only the children of today, but the generations to come.
