Pat Davis' Children's Book Fund

My mom, Pat Davis, was the best mom in the world. She was the ultimate combination of wit and silliness. Mom would give anything to see someone smile, especially children. If you knew my mother, you were probably aware that she and flowers were not friends. So, in lieu of flowers for her memorial, we are asking that you donate to our fund to supply new children's books for the library. Her whole life revolved around making the Sachse Public Library a heavenly place for readers and book lovers. She was always dressing in crazy costumes and thrived off the laughter of the children who visited her often. Mom was always available for a hug and a snarky comment, or ten. By donating here, you are ensuring that her gift lives on in the minds of children who will read her books. The library is working to create a special corner "Pat's Storybook Nook" in the children's section of the library. Thank you for contributing to the memory of my wonderful mother.
