Dustin Hoffman Memorial Fund

Dustin Hoffman. An amazing father who was a little nutty, with a great sense of humor and a huge heart.
Those that knew him have fond memories of a man that worked hard, loved his family even harder, and lived life to its fullest while sharing all he had with those around him.  He was a bright light in a world of darkness, and the world is indeed at a loss without him.

Its hard speaking of him in the past tense, but as hard as it is to do, that is the reason behind this campaign. Unfortunately, he has left floating on the river day to day, to rest in the heavens above. 
While we can all be sure he will be diligently watching out for his family from the afterlife as he did in the physical one, finances are a challenge that will be out of reach. As he has helped so many of us, and been such an amazing person to everyone he has come across, the time has come in which we can give a little bit of the love back and help him support his family in the one way he is unable to at the moment. 

His passing was far from expected, and the sudden loss of income and extra costs from memorial services are a burden we can help hold off of the shoulders of his family. This fund is here to make sure they can grieve without the stress of everyday life clouding their days and can focus on the love of family in their time of sorrow.

Any contribution to this GoFundMe will go directly to helping Dustin's wife and kids though the difficult next few months, from funeral costs, to keeping a roof over their head and will be given directly to his wife. In lieu of flowers or cards a small donation here would be highly appreciated. The goal has been set with funeral costs with a small amount of living costs in mind. Any little bit, or even a big bit helps.
