Dustans accident recovery

As a very proud man this is extremely difficult for me to do, as most of my family and friends already know i had a freak accident on memorial day of this year requiring one surgery already. As a family this has been a very tuff 4 months not knowing how this was going to end up, thank god for our aflac short term disability that has gotten us thru up to this point. Unfortunately my disability is only good for six months and now i require another surgery which means im going to be off work for about a year, six months of this will be unpaid plus upcoming medical bills as much as it pains me to ask, my family really needs your help!
