Duran Family Help Fund

Hello again I hate doing this again. After 29+ years of renting we are finally buying our first home. We need help with part of the down payment. Because of a couple of collections and things on our bank account, the underwriter will not accept the statements for those banks. We have to open a new account with around $6000 to show the underwriter. The $6000 is for the 3 collections to pay them off at closing and our down payment of $1000. On the house, we got a hell of a deal. I can't give specifics but trust me it is an awesome deal. Any help again will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Phil
