Neglected Golden Retriver in Korea

UPDATE: We got his first vet check-up and unfortunately we found out that he has heartwarm disease along with severe skin problems around his neck due to the metal chain collar that he had on for long time. Due to this unfortunate news we will continue to raise funds until Dullie arrives to Arizona. We will never give up on Dullie :)
Hi! This is Dullie from South Korea. Dullie is a lovable golden retriever who hasn't yet received proper love from humans. He has been adopted by a family in Korea as a puppy but as soon as he grew up bigger the family left the dog in rural village with family's uncle (the current owner). But the owner did not provide him any basic cares like grooming, sufficent water to drink, and basic medical needs. This owner is my mom's neighbor and she was shocked at the condition of Dullie when she visited Korea. Dullie lives in a cold caged dog house that does not have any protection against Korea's cold winter. He was never groomed and currently has to suffer Korea's hot humid summer with bugs mingled in his fur. He is currently chained up in short leash (also a cold metal collar around his neck that hasn't been cleaned or wash past years) same exact area for past few years. The owner never walked him, petted him, or gave him love.
My mother is desperate to bring him to U.S with her because he does not deserve this hopeless life. The owner has agreed to give up the dog. She will be coming back to Arizona on August 23, 2017 so we need the fund as soon as possible.
I would like to raise this fund to bring Dullie to Arizona where we can give all the love he deserves with our another golden retriver, Autumn. The fund will be used towards Dullie's:
-Medical expenses: medical check up for the first time in his lifetime. We recently learned that he is infected with heartwarm disease.
-U.S required vaccinations and related fees
- Grooming
-International air transportation service fee:
