Kurt Bates. Need Prosthetic leg

On August 8th 2018 I was hit by a car going 65 miles per hr while standing still on my motorcycle. As I was about to enter the street I was struck on the left side of my body. I watched as the hood of the car crumpled into the shape of my torso and my bike shot into a cornfield.  My girlfriend landed in the next lane and ended up with a head injury. I laid in the middle of the highway waiting to die with a crushed leg, broken shoulder busted ribs and missing  toes for almost an hour before the ambulance arrived.
By the time I reached the hospital, my leg had to be amputated. I am currently still in the hospital recovering, with no medical insurance. I am asking for help with my medical care and towards a prosthetic leg. I can obviously not ride a motorcycle or bicycle with one leg “lol” . 
I will be in need of transportation for dr visits and physical therapy.  
As if things weren’t bad enough, my girlfriend was released from the hospital and she left me. I don’t know how I’m going to do this alone.  I thank you in advance for any donations small or otherwise, to go towards my recovery.
