Duane Crockett's Medical Fund

Duane is a Man's Man, and a friend to all.   After retirement, he was dignosed with heart disease which requires a transplant. Duane is a resident of Buffalo, NY and a patient of the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland , OH. After several monthes on the transport list, his Doctor's reccomnded that he relocate to the Cleveland Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. This past September it became nessasary for Duane to relocate to Fl. by Med A Vac, sooner than anyone expected, at a cost of over $14,000, not covered by insurance. To further complicate matters, his wife Shelia, who is also ill, has to find an apartment so she can be near him. This is all at a high cost. 

Duane is very active in his Church, he loves photography, Bowling and of course Golf. 

Anyone who knows Duane, knows the Man, the Christian, the Friend.  You know how proud he is and how hard it is to ask for help. But, the BILLS have to get paid, and they have already started to come in. I am asking, anyone who can,  to help us, help Duane.
