No electricity

I'm trying to raise money for Ron Norman and his pets. The fuse box in his house burnt up and they have no electricity. They had an estimate done and were told it would cost about 3000 to fix.
It's him, his best friend who's fighting cancer, and their pets.
He's a Lyft driver, but he's diabetic a d because of covid had not been working. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
