Pete & Kristy have hit a rough patch & we've all been there, so let's try to make things a little easier on them!
Here's the deal: Pete is the sole source of income for their family of 5. He has to have surgery due to an injury. He'll definitely be off work for 2 weeks, but can't drive for 4 weeks (which will make it tough to get to work for another 2 weeks). Kristy stays home with their 4 month old baby. The other 3 children are school-age.
To top it off, they are trying to finish an addition for Kristy's mom who has cancer. She's currently in a rehabilitation facility & can't go home, because she can't live alone.
The goal amount will be just enough to get them through 4 weeks. If you can help in any way, it would be a huge blessing to their family! They did not ask for this, but God laid it on my heart to try to help.
