Drone to aid search for Ruairidh Sandison

It has been almost 1 month since Ruairidh went missing. As police searches for Ruairidh have been scaled back in recent weeks, we are fundraising to buy a drone to aid our own searches of areas we cannot reach by foot.

Any contribution will be greatly appreciated, as is all the support we have already received from the community. We would also like to extend our thanks to all those with drones who have assisted us so far. Your help is greatly appreciated.

In the future, we plan to sell the drone and all proceeds will be donated to a charity, chosen by Ruairidh’s family.

Thank you so much to everyone that has donated, we have surpassed our goal of £750 within 2 hours! The support we have received from everyone over the past month has been overwhelming and it is greatly appreciated by all of Ruairidh’s friends and family.

The drone we aim to purchase is £829, we set our goal of £750 with the aim to make up the rest ourselves. In the event that we surpass £829, all donations proceeding that amount will be donated to a cause chosen by Ruairidh’s family. We will keep you all updated on the campaign and would like to extend our sincere gratitude once again.
