Driscoll Kids Scholarship Fund

Eugene “Gene” Driscoll, Jr. of Midlothian, VA, returned to his Lord and Savior on July 25, 2017 at the age of 45. Gene was born on Ft. Belvoir Army Base, VA on July 18, 1972. Gene was a devoted father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend.  He had a passion for music, being outdoors with his children, and loved to camp, golf, and coach his kid’s sports activities.  He loved his church and investing in the lives of other children and youth.   Gene was best known for his “larger than life” personality and will always be remembered for his uncanny ability to make others laugh.  The family would often describe him as “Jo-Jo the circus clown” and was always the life of the party.  Throughout his career in banking and consulting, he developed many professional relationships with others and was well-regarded within the business community. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations towards a scholarship fund that will be set up for the children.  We appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and words of encouragement during this time.

(Funds are being raised and collected by the Hudgins Family, Midlothian, VA, family friends of the Driscolls).  The funds will be invested into a 529 plan for the children at the end of August. The money will be turned over to a certified licensed finanical planner).
