<div>Nachdem <strong>Kathie</strong> jahrelang erst ihre kranke Oma und dann ihre schwerkranke Mutter gepflegt hat, ist sie vor mehr als 10 Jahren zunächst an Brustkrebs erkrankt.

<div>Danach stellten sich weitere Krankheitsbilder ein, sodass sie ihren geliebten Job als KiTa-Leitung aufgeben musste und mittlerweile zu großen Teilen des Tages an das Bett oder den Rollstuhl gefesselt ist. Sie hat deutliche Schmerzen und kann den Tag ausschließlich mit starken Schmerzmitteln überstehen.

<div>Kathie wird intensiv und liebevolle von ihrem Mann <strong>Udo </strong>gepflegt. Aufgrund dessen geht Udo nur noch halbtags arbeiten. Somit fehlen 1,5 monatliche Einkommen. Die fixen Kosten sind aber konstant geblieben und Kosten wie Lebensmittel oder Medikation in den letzen Jahren bekanntlich gestiegen.
