Drika's Medical Expenses 4 Cancer

Life is a journey and we are on the ride. Ladrika "Drik" Williams has begun the process of fighting for her life along with a plethora of family and friends. There is uncertainty as to how much of the treatment(s)insurance will cover. As of now there is one very important test recommended that is not usually covered at a cost of $4k. Drik works at a local retail outlet, just completed school for certified nursing asst and is a single mother to 3 young children. We are asking if you are touched to assist in any way, no matter the amount, it would be greatly appeciated and will go directly to her out of pocket expenses.

An MRI of the brain and breast are scheduled for next week. Doctors informed us to expect a full year of aggresive treatment. They would like to start with pills to shrink the tumor as they try to ascertain if chemotherapy will be the proper course of action. Surgery will be the final stage.
