Team & Family

At KIPP Raíces Academy we are One Team and One Family.  Unfortunately,  one of our very own families was impacted by our current political climate. The father of one of our students was detained by ICE and deported on the same day last week. He was separated from his family and left behind his wife and 6-year-old daughter. We are asking for your support in any way possible. Your donation will ensure that mom and her daughter are taken care of financially as they figure out next steps. The money will cover any lingering legal fees and basic needs such as groceries and rent.
