What if more girls around the world could start their own businesses? This may seem like an impossible goal, but we believe that it's absolutely attainable! It's true that girls who lack access to positive and professional role models often lack access to success. Our goal is to change that. Through our programs, we introduce preteen girls to accomplished working women who not only teach them about business, but also to feel confident about who they are and what they can achieve.

Over the past five years, we've taught hundreds of girls to start their own businesses and the girls just keep surprising us by what they are achieving - each and every day! We recently spoke at Tedx Indianapolis and presented our BIG IDEA to get more girls in the entrepreneurial game!
