Dream studio for Paradizo

Hi Guys! 
If I haven't already met you .. My name is Chloe Loh, and my life and passion is DANCE! 
In order to spread my love of dance, Paradizo School of Latin Dance was born, to spread the happiness and friendship that dance brings into people’s lives. 

Paradizo has brought the love of Latin dance to hundreds of dancers in Brisbane. And in over 4 years, the school has grown in so many ways, with the amount of people, the level of dancers, the diversity, the locations and the projects. 
Because finding a venue can be very difficult in Brisbane, in order to keep Paradizo alive, we have moved and jumped over 7 venues!

Some places to list a few: (Chalk hotel, Jubilee hotel, pig and whistle, The RG, Love Street, Mirra, Bowls Clubs, Brunswick and Ann, Raw dance studios, Botanic Bar, Kangaroo point cliffs, Roma Street)...  Not only is it a lot of work trying to keep the venues happy with the lack of alcohol we drink, but also it’s a lot of work keeping everyone together with so many changes....
Issues we face are things like getting moved if a bigger event is on, or the floors are sticky from alcohol, we have some crazy drunk visitors .... can’t complain... we have memories together no matter the situation, but now I just want a HOME for everyone to feel it’s theirs and they can escape from their daily dramas, and enjoy their love of dance. To be able to dance when we want and when we need, and have a space that people can enjoy for many years to come! 

We've been searching now for over 1 year for a studio, we have finally found one! 
Not only did it come at crazy time, but I haven’t saved as much money as I thought to cover the essentials and the upkeep of the studio. 

What at would your donation help with? 
* Pay for Mirrors for the studio 
* Pay for the dance floors and installation 
* Pay for signage and paint for decorations. 
* Homely additions if we get anything extra (Bar and DJ booth)
* Seating and shelving for bags



At the moment, the amount that I have saved for has covered: 
* Floor preparation and leveling 
* air conditioning 
* solicitors fees 
* Walls for the whole shed and parts of studio one
* Outside deck 
* electricals for lights 
* paint and equipment

For those who know me, I’m not a person to ask for help often, I’m terrible at delegating and I try to do majority of things as much as I can by myself. But i don’t want this dream to be half done, because it’s for the community and for me that’s what I care about most.
