My name is Vianney and I am about to live my Big Dream by crossing the English Channel swimming!
I was blessed by life to be raised in a loving, wealthy family that took care of me and sponsored my education. Being French, I also noticed that it was easy to travel the world and to work abroad if I wanted. However not everyone has the same chance. So I would like to give back to the community here in Ireland and in France. I want to support those who need the most to build a better future with long term actions for children or with immediate support for migrants.
At my level, my journey to live my dream by crossing the channel would not have been possible without all of the persons met on the way that helped me and opened my eyes!
I wish we could do the same for the people that needs support in both charities Salam and Barnardos with our donation.
Barnardos’ mission is to deliver services and work with families, communities, and our partners to transform the lives of vulnerable children who are affected by adverse childhood experiences
Salam organizes distributions of food and clothes, assistance with emergency health care and hygiene and accommodation for migrants in Calais and Dunkirk.

Je m'appelle Vianney et je suis sur le point de réaliser mon rêve de traverser la Manche à la nage !
La vie m'a souri. Né dans une famille aimante loin des difficultés financières, j’ai eu accès à une bonne éducation qui m’a ouvert des portes. Etant français, je bénéficie également de facilité pour voyager et travailler dans le monde.
Tout le monde n'a pas cette chance ! J'aimerai donc contribuer à changer les choses, avec votre aide, en aidant des enfants défavorisés en Irlande et en apportant une aide de premier secours a des migrants à Calais.
Mon rêve a été rendu possible grâce aux rencontres faites sur le chemin pour le réaliser!
Aidons ces enfants et ces migrants à rêver a un avenir plus radieux en soutenant les associations Bernardos et Salam.
Salam organise pour les migrants arrivés à Calais des distributions de repas et de vêtements, de l’assistance de premier secours médical et d’aide au logement.
Barnardos a pour mission de transformer la vie d'enfants vulnérables qui ont eu une enfance difficile.
