The Dragon's Den LARP Camp

Hi everyone!
Empires in Flames LARP has officially purchased a plot of land to start a LARP specific camp site called The Dragon's Den!
Our goal is to make a unique, and exciting campsite designed by LARPers, for LARPers.
The site in question is located in the Monadnock Region in Southern New Hampshire USA.
It is situated on 20 acres, and has a lovely babbling brook running through one section of it.
We are hoping to be open for business by the end of 2018, depending on how many donations we get.
All buildings will be winterized! So no more struggling to find a good campsite for your winter events!
All money donated will go into building the tavern, monster camp, cabins, and the mod space.
The Tavern will be the first building built, followed by Monster Camp.
After those two buildings are finished we will open the camp to any game that wishes to have their players set up tents.
Tent platforms will be available.
We will also be investing around $100,000 of our own money into this project.
We will have rewards for other LARP's and individuals who donate specific amounts.
Donation Rewards:
Double AP for all donations made by Eif players (current or future)
All rewards will be given out after The Dragon's is officially open for business.
**In addition to the reward from your donation tier, you will also receive all rewards of lower donation tiers.**
$5 – A thank you on the official EIF Facebook page, as well as on the The Dragon's Den Facebook page and website
$10 – A small assortment of random useful In Game items for Empires in Flames players. (EiF)
$25 – Invitation to a backers only Survival Horror LARP run by Lyon Heart Media. (Invitations are for Paying players only. However NPCs are always welcome. Invitations will be physical cards sent to you via USPS.)
$50 – 2 Free purchases of CP for EIF players, also you are entered into a drawing for a custom magic item.
$100 – Signed copy of EIF rule book, and your name on a plaque permanently hung in The Dragon's Den Tavern.
$150 – 1 free EIF event, plus 1 free Survival Horror LARP event run by Lyon Heart Media. (You will receive a physical voucher for each event, mailed to you via USPS)
$250 – 1 Free event of your choice run by Lyon Heart Media
$500 – You get to vote on the Out Of Game name of the Dragon's Den Tavern.
$1000 – Businesses/LARPs: Free banner sized advertisement space in our parking lot, Rental discount for 2 separate events. (Banner must be supplied and maintained by the business/LARP providing it)
Individuals: 1 year of Free events for EIF, plus 1 free magic item.
$2000 – Name a cabin, plus preferred space in said cabin for EIf events, Rental discount for 4 separate events.
$10,000 – Permanent discount on rental fees (For 75 or fewer paying event attendees), also permanent priority on booking dates up to your first 5 events per year. Limit 1 holiday weekend.
