The Wallace Family is still seeking justice for their loved one, Dr. Tyler Wallace, who was killed by an intoxicated driver January 18th, 2020. Dr. Wallace had not yet completely exited the driveway of his continued medical education courses around ~ 6:00 PM ET when he was struck by the defendant.
The defendant's insurance did not cover all of the extensive hospital expenses the family has incurred. The defendant declined to offer the Wallace Family any contribution toward the remaining medical bills. The defendant has since returned back to jail on 1/7/21 for violation to his Bond. The defendant's attorney testified in court on 1/6/21, stating that the defendant has ownership in a 30 year old successful business started by the defendant's parents. Aside from the defendant declining to contribute to the Hospital Bills, neither the defendant's family, nor their business has offered to contribute any assistance toward Dr. Tyler Wallace's Medical Bills.
As of April 2021, the defendant has been indicted and preparing for arraignment before the Cobb County Judicial System. Please keep our family in your prayers a continue through this transitional time.
The Physicians, Nurses, and Hospital Staff worked diligently to revive Dr. Tyler Wallace Jan 18th-Jan20th, 2020, and respectfully deserved to be reimbursed for their efforts. The family is asking the community's support, in raising funds toward the medical expenses for Dr. Tyler Wallace, as the family awaits justice to be served.
