Support the Bisac Family After Tragic Accident

My family and I are grieving the loss of my cousin and critically injured cousin in the Philippines that were hit by a drunk driver.

Joseph along with his younger sister, April, were hit by a 73-year-old drunk driver. Joseph tragically passed away at the scene whereas his sister is critically injured and is in the hospital seeking treatments. Others were also impacted and involved in the heartbreaking accident that happened on July 20, 2025.

Joseph is such a good son, grandson, nephew, brother, cousin, and friend. Joseph is the heart of his friend group and the center of our circle of friends. He always made time for his friends and family to make special moments and always made a way to celebrate the littlest things. He cared for all his family members and friends making sure they were okay and taken care of.

The pain we feel right now is something we never imagined. What hurts the most is knowing that this could have been prevented. A drunk driver. A careless act that stole an innocent life, and yet justice feels so far away. We continue to mourn and be in pain, but most of all, my family here in the States and the Philippines are crying out for justice as Joseph did not deserve to have his life taken this way too soon.

April sustained serious injuries and was immediately brought to the hospital. Due to the severity of her condition, she was transferred to another medical center on July 25, 2025 to receive more advanced and intensive medical care.

April was admitted to the ICU, where she fought bravely for her life. She underwent a critical operation to address her injuries, and through the grace of God and the relentless efforts of the medical team, she is now in the recovery room, showing signs of progress and strength. Her road to recovery, however, is still long and uncertain.

My family and friends in the Philippines are fighting for Joseph, April, and the other innocent lives that were affected that day. We are kindly reaching out to help his family in the Philippines to help ease the cost of his funeral, the growing medical bills of April, and legal costs as they are seeking justice for Joseph and April. If you are unable to donate, I ask you to kindly share/ repost their story as my family in the Philippines have been continuously fighting for justice. Your kindness will go a long way and is deeply appreciated by the Bisac Pamilya.

Thank you for your time, generosity, and prayers. <3
