Hi everyone, my name is James. On Sunday 14th December I will be fighting in Aldershot, in the Ultra White Collar fight. As part of the 8-week training plan we must all raise money for a selected charity of our choice.

Support 4 All is something very close to me, and has helped me with many of my own struggles. The donations will go towards helping young people with counselling to deal with depression, anxiety and prevent suicide.

Committing to a boxing match is something I have always wanted to do, but found it hard to give my all with work and social commitments, until now.
