Memorial Service for Dad. Mom moving back home.

This is an extremely hard time for my family. Especially my mom and dad. In 2012, my dad had his 5th heart attack and was in a coma. We all thought he was gone. He wasn’t. He even coded for 8 minutes. With God answering our prayers he made it through. He had multiple surgeries afterwards. A pacemaker/defibrillator, bypass, throat surgeries, etc. In 2014, my parents moved to Vegas because my Dad couldn’t go through another winter here. In 2016, my Dad had a massive stroke. Along with all that, his kidneys and liver is currently failing.

This week he has officially been put on hospice. He can not be alone. His blood is so thin, if he falls he can die instantly. He is on morphine, wearing diapers. He won’t talk, pretty much doesn’t understand what is going on.

My mom has given her whole life basically to my Dad. Now she’s too afraid to work. Doesn’t know how she will even pay bills. Hospice comes in, but they don’t stay. She doesn’t know how she will make the next month. My dad hasn’t been able to speak since 2016. I don’t want him to pass away or need her when no one is there.

From a family that has never asked for anything, but always been there for everyone else through it all, I’m asking please any cent counts. My parents are the best people in the world. Would do anything for anyone. He’s progressively getting worse. I need my mom next to my Dad.
