DOW-APA Fr. Baker Family Oregon Wildfire Relief

Donation protected
Fr. Bill Baker, Curate at St. Andrew's Anglican Church in Jacksonville, Oregon, lost his home in the Almeda wildfire that destroyed Phoenix, Oregon on 8 September 2020.

Fortunately, Fr. Baker was able to evacuate his family and parents before the fire reached their home; however they lost all their possessions but those they were able to take with them during the evacuation.

They are currently staying with family in Alsea, Oregon as they embark on the road to recovery and putting their lives somewhat back in order.

The Diocese of the West has established this GoFundMe account as a means to accommodate those who would like to provide financial assistance to the Baker family in this their time of need.  We would also ask that you keep not only them, but all those in the West who have been affected by the many wildfires, in your prayers.

Thank you.

The Rev. Canon Robert Hawkins
Vicar General, Diocese of the West, Anglican Province of America
