Great Babies Rescue is running at maximum capacity, with all kennels full, and most fosters full. Food is desperately need to keep all the dogs fed. Most dogs in our care are struggling to get healthy.

We NEED to buy food this weekend, at the food bank, which is discounted about 75% off retail. The food bank actually charge by the pound.

For those who are not familiar with Great Babies Rescue, it is a small but extremely effective 501c3 non-profit that specializes in special needs dogs, hospice, and much affection for Dobermans, German Shepherds and Great Danes.

Great Babies Rescue is made up of a small group of volunteers that are committed to helping with the problem of homeless and abused dogs.

We are a small but very dedicated group that is forever striving toward our goal of educating families, readjusting abused animals in a loving environment and placing them in permanent homes.

Great Babies Rescue is run primarily out of Terry and Brian Holzheimer’s home in Paoli, IN. The rescue is set on 21 acres of land, using only a third of the property. We hope to build out the rest of the land into a fully functioning dog sanctuary and rehabilitation center.
