Double Ironman attempt

Hi everyone,

I'm attempting a Double Ironman triathlon in August to raise money for the Uganda Volunteers foundation. 

A double Ironman consists of a 7.6km swim, 360km cycle and a double marathon run (84.4km). This has to be done all at once and under the cut-off time of 34 hours. The race is on in Lithuania from 24th-26th August.  

I travelled to Uganda to volunteer with The Uganda Volunteers Foundation last June . The UVF work to help an orphange called Entebbe Road Primary School in Kitende, Uganda. The money that's raised will help towards construction of new buildings, food for the students and towards money for school equipment  (furniture, copybooks etc.)
