Double Amputee needs a Handicap Van

I'm Rhonda, and I am asking for help raising money to get my parents a handicap van. Due to complications from Diabetes and MRSA my dad is now a double amputee. The van is needed to get Daddy back and forth to various medical appointments, as well as simple day to day errands such as going to Walmart. Any donation, share, and prayer is very appreciated.
