Help Black Trans Youth Mentor Live

Hello everyone, I am Khrys. I am a buffalo born and raised youth mentor, poet and electronic musician. I am sad to have to make this but due to various systemic and structural issues that make employment hard to come by I have to post this in hopes that my SO and I can continue to live. Between being threatened with eviction from local slumlords and dwindling resources, black transgender existence in WNY is particularly dismal. We are asking for your help to secure funding to find another place to live before the winter arrives, leaving us destitute and without a place to stay safely. 

I will be using my youtube channel to document my experiences as a Youth Mentor on the heels of fleeing my  superreligious african american family into uncertainty and hypervulnerability, especially as we enter the month of October; significant for National Coming Out Day, and the anniversary of my mother's death.
