Dorian needs a safe home.

Donation protected
This is Dorian. He is currently a junior at New School for the Arts & Academics in Tempe, Az. Dorian is unlike any young man I’ve ever known. He is meticulously hard-working, wildly talented and, frankly, one of the kindest souls I have ever have the honor to meet. He is a huge animal lover, volunteering every weekend and all summer long at animal shelters. He recently spearheaded a schoolwide fundraiser for World Animal Day, which ended up raising tons of food & supplies for shelter animals. He is creative, passionate and loves music, and has dreams of pursuing an education and career in music. He even wrote & performed a beautiful original song at NSAA’s recent Singer Showcase. Dorian is a pilar of strength, kindness and patience for many of the students (and even the staff) at NSAA.

I have been growing increasingly concerned over the last few weeks, as Dorian hasn’t been his usual self and has even been missing school, which is incredibly out of character for this young man. After speaking with him today, I came to learn that he has found himself stuck in an incredibly unstable, unsafe, unhealthy and highly questionable living situation. Obviously, in order to respect his privacy, I cannot share details but I can tell you that his property, his pets and his mental & emotional health are at stake. He and his mother need to get out as soon as physically possible, but are unable to do so for financial reasons.

Dorian & his family have no idea that I have created this GoFundMe, and have never once asked for financial assistance. However, I can no longer sit idly by and allow for this young man’s future to be put at risk. He is far too talented, far too kind and deserves nothing but the best.

If you are able to make any kind of donation to help get this young man and his mother out of this horrible situation, back on their feet and into a safe home of their own, I highly encourage you to do so. You have no idea the difference you could make for this young man. Please, help us get Dorian back on the path to the bright future he deserves.
