Doreen's Recovery

In 2012, Doreen  M. Galvin was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. For the last 6 years she has been battling this life altering illness. Doreen has given her all trying to make it through life with her incurable disease. Though the cancer will never go away, Doreen NEVER gives up. If you know Dor (nickname from family), you know she has always been a fighter. Doreen raised three children on her own working endless amounts of hours and jobs just to provide for her family. While solely supporting her family, she always found the time to help others. Doreen is one of the most selfless human beings you will ever meet. But now is the time to give back to her. 

This past Monday Doreen had her umpteenth surgery to try to contain the cancer. Due to the surgery, she will not be able to work for months to come. Due to her inability to work, it will cause a huge financial burden on her. With that being said, lets help lift one less burden on this beautiful and generous soul.
