Don't take away our mum!

Please help us remain together as a family. We need to collect money to be able to bring my wife to the UK with us.  The Home Office has denied her settlement spouse visa twice violating our Human Rights and effectively separating my 3 children age 4 and under from their mother.

Hello to all reading this. It is hard for me to write this as I really do not know where to begin or how to truly express myself.  My name is Dan Newton; I come from Manchester in England. For the past 5 years my family and I have lived in Abu Dhabi in the UAE. In June 2017 I was told that my employment was to be terminated effective immediately with no previous warning and that I had three months’ notice.  All this time, my ex-employer has failed to pay my salary and my gratuity accumulated over the past 5 years.

I am British, born in London, but raised in Germany where my father served in the British army and then in Manchester after his discharge. My three children, my son aged five years old, my daughter aged 3 years old and my baby daughter aged 10 months are also all British. My wife of over six years is an Ecuadorian national. On hearing of my dismissal we applied for my wife to get a Spouse Settlement Visa so that we could all return to the UK. My wife had lived in the UK with me before and our son was born in Warrington, England during that time.

Three months after we had sent the application, we received a letter stating that my wife’s application had been refused. We were dumbfounded by this and even more so by the reasons given for her visa refusal. My wife’s  humans rights have been breeched, along with my children’s rights to be with their mother and my right to be with my wife.

In short the UK V&I are saying that they find it perfectly acceptable to break our family up and to take my children’s mother away from them, only allowing short term visits in a third country!

We now need help in reaching the minimum financial requirement as stated by the UK Visa & Immigration.

Please help us. We are in genuine need and we need help now. In total we need 40,000 UK Pounds Sterling to reach the financial requirement set by the UK government which is 62, 500 UKP (who has that in the bank?)
We understand this is a large amount of money but any contribution would be highly appreciate it.

I am actively looking for jobs in the UK and have had a number of interviews. As yet I have not been lucky enough to secure a position. I am an Instructional Designer with over ten years experience. I am experienced in Articulate Storyline 2, 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. I am fully skilled in Adobe CS6, XD, Sketch and InVision. I have sound LMS and CMS management skills and I am also fully experienced in a number of L&D methods and principles. If you know of a company looking for someone with my profile/skills, do let me know please.
