Don's Shoulder Replacement Fund

Our neighborhoods favorite bartender and friend needs a second shoulder replacement surgery.  He is in his early 60s and has to take unpaid time off for the recovery time from the surgery.  His health insurance is very expensive and does not cover all the costs needed for his recovery time (ie: 6 months no income, hired full time care, food, medications, etc...).

Please help us reach our goal to help him not suffer any more!   He is needings this surgery as soon as we can get the funds for him.  His shoulder is bone on bone and he is pain with every cocktail he makes, and always with a smile on his face.  He is a good friend to us and the bar patrons.  Any help we can offer him would be very appreciated.
