Donor Eggs for The Fowlers

Long Story Short:  My eggs are bad and we need donor eggs in order to progress through the next steps of starting our family. Long Story Long:  James and I have been married for almost 7 years and together for more than 10.  Like most couples we have talked a lot about how we would raise our kids (cool parents of course), what we would name them (Mariella, Christopher, and Cora, in that order), what personality traits they would inherit from us (James' goofy energy or my creativity), etc.  We held off on starting our family until we were ready emotionally, financially, and logistically, to be the best parents we can.  In 2015 we moved into our new home in Vacaville with the hope of filling all of the rooms with lil ones of our own...we were finally ready to start our family, and we started trying right away. A year later we found out I have Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR), i.e. I have very few eggs left and the ones I do have left are not that great.  We have a <5% chance of getting pregnant with my own eggs, and that's with the assistance of IVF.  The moment I realized what happens naturally for a lot of women in the world is not a reality for me was tough, to say the least.  It's easy to feel broken, or less of a woman when your body won't do what it evolved to do.  I realized I wouldn't be able to experience the joys of being pregnant and having miniature versions of us running around as I had always envisioned.  I had so many ideas of how to let James know he was going to be a Daddy for the first time...thank you Pinterest!  For the record, James' contribution to the process is in tip top shape...no medical concerns there. DOR is not caused by anything in particular 90% of the time, so the doctors cannot tell me why I have it...it has nothing to do with my weight, diet, genetics, etc...just luck of the draw if you will.  James and I have tried getting pregnant with hormone assistance (IUI) for the last 6-9 months to no avail, and finally our Reproductive Endocrinologist said we had to stop trying.  We recently found out the ONLY way for us to get pregnant is with IVF using a donor egg.  At this point I felt a bit more defeated than I had before, but the shock wasn't there...I mean, I knew IVF was a possibility right?  The true shock was when they told us the price tag of it all... $30,000!  We need $30,000 by spring to cover the following expenses: - Medical expenses = $12,000 - Psychiactric evaluations = $700 - Legal/agency fees = $10,000 - Donor payment = $8,000 The company I work for is amazing and will cover the first round of IVF for free (which is about $12,000), including all infertility appointments and medications.  So, if donor eggs weren't needed, it would be easy-peasy...well, easier-peasier.  But alas, fate decided to bestow us with an extra challenge and here we are, asking for your help  (which is super awkward by the way).  We have done a lot of research about financing options...credit cards, loans, refinancing, etc.  For various reasons none of these options will work for us.  At this point, we are ready to take the next step in starting our family.
