Donnie Brown

While on vacation, Donnie Brown began feeling pain down his leg.  An emergency room visit showed no blood clots but the pain continued to get worse.  He had a miserable ride home and hoped to find relief after resting a few days.  After several doctor visits, it was determined that his pain was due to a bulging disc in his lower back.   He tried cortisone shots and pain medicines to no avail.  After 4 weeks out of work, the only solution to remove the pain is to travel to Tampa, FL to get laser spine surgery.  This is a tremendous cost to the Brown family, as they have to pay out of pocket for the surgery, the hotel and travel costs.  Additionally, their family vehicle broke down on the way to Tampa and must be repaired before they can return.  The funds raised will be used to help support the family through this hardship - from lost wages to travel and treatment costs.  

The surgery is $4500 out of pocket, the cost to repair the car is $500 and the hotel cost is $700.  Any amount is greatly appreciated to chip away from this unexpected expense!  Please pray that the surgery will provide some relief and will have Donnie back up and working soon!
