Southeast Texas and the surrounding area have suffered from massive flooding after heavy rain from Tropical Storm Harvey - the strongest storm to make landfall since Charley in 2004.
Mike and Beth Donnelly, along with their children, live in an area of Houston that had to be evacuated. They have lost their vehicles and the first floor of their house due to extensive flooding (possibly all of their house - once they return to assess the damage). They are forced to find a place to live for the next several months and will need assistance to rebuild their lives and get back on their feet. Thank you for your help.
