MS and Diabetes
Donna and Tony are good people and have helped many in need in the past. Now they have recently fallen on difficult times. Tony was diagnosed some time ago with MS and has diabetes, this has debilitated him.He cannot work any longer and must go through infusion treatments to slow the progress of his disease. He was just recently enrolled in the infusion treatment program and is now at risk of loosing the treatments. His wife Donna has been able to support them up until this point with her job and insurance to help with his treatments. Recently she lost her job and is now faced with her husband of 30 years loosing his MS treatments. He only has medicare and they are unsure of what will be covered by them. These treatments can run up to $60,000.00 a year without insurance. Not only are they faced with medical insurance loss, but now Income loss as well. They are unable to pay bills and keep up with car payment and the mortgage, etc, as well as her own medical issues. They plan on selling their home as soon as they can get everything packed and ready but it is also difficult and overwhelming at a time like this,especially during the holidays to get everything done in such a short amount of time. Being unemployed was so unexpected for Donna and now they are faced with losing the much needed treatments Tony will need to function until she is able to find work and become eligible for insurance once again. Please help them out as much as you can, any amount would be appreciated. I had no idea how to help them other than this Go Fund Me page. They are the most giving and kind people and those are the ones that don't ask for help. So I am asking on their behalf because if anyone deserves a little help, they do.
