Friday, November 20, 2020 changed the lives of a family forever. Ravi Rahul of Exeter, RI, passed away in a tragic car accident at the age of 41. Rahul is survived by his loving wife, Falguni; his children Ved (9) and Nandini (5) and his close family members.
Rahul has touched many lives and we are among a few who knew him as a close friend. As we live our lives in a world without him, we cannot forget his sweet smile and gentle demeanor.

Who was Ravi Rahul?
(1979 - 2020)
Rahul was born in Chennai, and grew up in Pune, India. In 2001, he came to the United States to pursue higher education. Rahul first met his wife, Falguni, in India in 2003 and got married in 2008. They welcomed their son, Ved, in 2011, and their daughter, Nandini, in 2015. The family moved to Exeter in 2016, Rhode Island where Rahul worked as an engineer.
He loved riding his bike across the New England countryside and exploring his new home across the many hiking trails Rhode Island has to offer. An avid sports fan, he had a favorite team in almost every sport. He was a film lover and enjoyed sharing his love of cinema with his family. Rahul had a love for all cuisines and was always willing to try new dishes. He was a kind soul and always found joy in entertaining and caring for his children.
In 2020, Rahul achieved what had been his goal since he first came to America 19 years earlier, becoming a U.S. citizen and proudly voting in his first U.S. election. In death, Rahul will be remembered as a lifesaver for many by being a tissue donor.
