Donations for flood victims in South Africa

Donation protected
There has been so many people impacted by flood waters over the past month in the African continent. I saw a friend make a post about donations for the Kwazulu- Natal area in South Africa and I said to myself what can I do?
I may not be in South Africa but I can do something to help the people, WE can do something. There are so many causes to give to so I understand if you may not want to give to this one. But when we combine our resources my little becomes our multitude that  blesses a lot of people. This is why I started this Go Fund me page. This is a safe method for people to contribute  and feel comfortable, which I believe   is important when giving.  I realize that some people misuse Go Fund me pages but this is not one of them.
The purpose of this campaign is to raise funds to purchase toiletries, school supplies and miscellaneous items( baby clothes, blankets, clothing and underwear)

Money that is raised on this page will be sent directly to South Africa to purchase items that people in the area where there is flooding need. Majority of us see the impacts of flooding in the US so we understand that it is detrimental. With that being said  I hope you can see it in your heart to give to help those who are in need.  If you do not feel comfortable giving to this platform  I will provide a link where you can donate to a  organizations in South Africa and international organizations.

However, by donating to this page specifically this money will go in the hand of a vetted contact in South Africa (other campaign team member) who will purchase the items requested( toiletries, sanitary items, etc- listed in the campaign picture). My other campaign team member will purchase the items in South Africa and drop them off to the donation drop off location.
The Drop off location is: Mangosuthu University of Technology (eMalzi campus)
The items will then be distributed to those who are in need in the Durban Area. I will provide proof of purchased items for all who would like it!

Praying everyone can help! Imagine if 100 people gave $10 dollars!! If you cannot give $10 it’s okay nothing is too little and nothing is too much.

If you would like to support some other African countries that have experienced flooding here are some links for organizations that are sending aid and helping with relief
