Almost everyone has or knows of someone that has had a crucial point in their life and has needed help in one way or another. Somehow or way, people have always responded in helping the person in need. In the last year or more, a disease called Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) has infiltrated Chuck Griffith's body. The Acute Myeloid Leukemia is a malignant disease of the bone marrow that is a type of blood cancer where excess of immature white blood cells of Myeloid Line of blood forming cells is made by the bone marrow. They are called Myelobists, which are abnormal and do not become healthy white blood cells. The main treatment for most types of AML is chemotherapy along with a targeted therapy drug and this is followed by a stem cell transplant (blood transfusion). Chuck has been going through this treatment for several months now. Now is the time for the racing family to give back to Chuck what and how he has helped many of our racing family as Wayne County Speedway promoters Jason and Kristin Flory and staff are putting together a benefit for Chuck.  March 3rd - 161 S.
