Surgery money for five year old boy

This is a five year old boy named Emmanuel that lives in  Ghana. He suffers from the condition Spinda bifida. Because of the condition he is unable to walk properly and suffers from other serious complications. 

This little boy is in serious need of surgery. The great thing is, we can all help him, together. 

As a Christmas gift to my near and loved ones, I'm going to give away money to this little boy, but my money only isn't enough. I need your help.
